Vinca is a passionate costume designer with a rich background in theater and television, who has found a new source of inspiration and creativity in natural dyeing. While trying to reproduce the famous blue of the turban from Girl with a Pearl Earring, she discovers the fascinating world of indigo, a decisive meeting that leads her to never stop again. Trained and experienced, Vinca tirelessly explores the possibilities offered by dye plants as well as other natural resources like cochineal or Lac dye, combining tradition and innovation in her creations. Passing on her passion is at the heart of her profession. Vinca has long shared her expertise with students, conducting experiments filled with wonder and exploration. At the Jardin des Couleurs, a unique place located in the fishing walls of Montreuil, she leads indigo dyeing workshops and participates in experimentation projects around dye plants.
