My atelier-gallery is for art lovers, especially crafts. I studied Japanese art history specialized in crafts.

My passion is promoting Japanese crafts, antiques to contemporary. I visit around artists in Japan, and bring back things I like.

In this atelier-gallery you will find Japanese crafts and my work of Kintsugi.

Kintsugi is a technique to re-create broken objects with Urushi lacquer. It’s a side work for Urushi artists but as I repair antiques and I started to create my original Kintsugi items besides.

I offer Kintsugi repair services and individual lessons. There are two types for Kintsugi, one is simplified Kintsugi and traditional one. The simplified course lasts 3 hours, and the traditional course 1-2 hours per week for 4 to 6 lessons.
