Passionate about cutlery since a young age, I create and fully realize my own blades and knives: a unique way to materialize all the theory I had to absorb during my studies in chemistry, particularly in metal chemistry!

I learned to work with metal at a very young age alongside my great-grandfather, a blacksmith, and wood thanks to my grandfather, a woodworking teacher.

Later, with the wise advice of a Landes blacksmith, I embarked on creating my own knives.

At a time when fewer and fewer cutlers make their own blades, I wanted to share my knowledge with other enthusiasts.

Thus, in 2019, I was one of the very first to offer complete knife creation workshops in Ile-de-France.

The initiation workshops (see menu) are offered for half a day (assembly), a full day (complete creation), or more, depending on the project.
