These ceramics are named after the village where they are made: Tamegroute. Only a few families produce them today, following ancestral know-how. Artisans shape each piece by hand and then coat them with an alloy of manganese and copper. It is the high-temperature firing in ancient ovens that gives them their typical green color, which varies in intensity with each piece. Please note that no piece is perfect: cracks, drips, bumps, asymmetries, etc., are an integral part of Tamegroute pottery. The green color varies from light to dark for each object and may sometimes not cover the piece entirely, revealing the clay beneath. They will find their place in every room of the house. Display them alone or in groups, playing with their different sizes, on a table in the living room, in a bedroom, on a sideboard, in a bathroom... Not dishwasher safe.
