and wish to improve and/or discover alternative techniques to traditional methods (working without floral foam, current color palettes, study of shapes, volumes, and textures).

Workshop content
Day 1 morning part 1:
rustic tied bouquet
; this class will start with learning a fundamental technique - the spiral - through creating a rhythmic and dynamic bouquet, in a rustic style. We will also discuss how we conceive a color palette.
Day 1 morning part 2:
English-style centerpiece
; with this type of low and elongated composition, we will discover how to create arrangements "inserted without floral foam, through old and eco-friendly alternatives.
Day 1 afternoon:
flower cloud:
a first step into the world of floral suspensions and large decorations!
Day 2 morning part 1:
facing tied bouquet
; more graphic and structured, this type of bouquet designed as a true decorative element will help us better understand lines and volumes. This class will also be an opportunity to deepen the spiral technique.
Day 2 morning part 2:
facing inserted composition
; worked higher than the centerpiece, this composition is often placed at reception venues. It will give us the chance to work on curves, unusual stems, in short, to play with the whims of nature.
Day 2 afternoon:
dried flower jewelry
; bracelet, boutonnière, crown are small pieces that are created with patience and precision. Learning these so-called flower assembly techniques is very useful in floristry, especially for weddings. To vary the pleasures, we will only manipulate dried flowers to approach this theme.
We will take advantage of this intensive workshop to address topics that are transversal for us: the association of colors, the interplay of textures, forms, and volumes. We will certainly provide you with information about the flowers used and ensure that they have been carefully selected with respect for the environment. You will leave with your creations and valuable advice to refine your skills whenever your heart desires!
