The special pro course offers an exceptional program aimed at professionals (florists and producers) in which the course on floral jewelry is replaced by a course on the theory of eco-responsible floral art, delivered by Mathilde Bignon and Audrey Venant, the founders of Désirée:

Choosing combinations of varieties, shapes, and colors to compose coherent bouquets, and adapting to the seasons of local flowers (course valid for building a flower assortment or assisting in the planning of a floral farm)

Containers for eco-responsible floral art: how to choose and create them.

This workshop is accessible to those wishing to improve and/or discover alternative techniques to traditional methods (work without floral foam, current color palettes, study of forms, volumes, and textures).
